Tank Management

G.K. Hills Tank Management System (TMS) is an easy to use, expert compliance system application that manages the tank owner and third-party tank inspector interactions, captures field data digitally and ensures that tank examinations and inspections are rigorously analyzed using proprietary assessment (validation) rules which facilitate the production of certified inspection reports.

The TMS is used to administer monthly visual tank examinations, integrity inspections and planning, as well as digitally manage the entire project workflow. The system has been developed on a Microsoft platform to collect and store field data until it can be synchronized. As examiners or inspectors enter data it is validated to ensure that complete and accurate data is being captured; in the office, management can plan inspections at the right intervals and obtain interpreted insights for tank owners and auditors. Report and tank data is exportable to ERP programs such as SAP. Each client has their own secure portal to access their inspection reports.

Pricing and Service Details

G.K. Hills provides a full suite of supportive services making tank lifecycle management a turnkey process. TMS is licensed on an annual subscription based on the number of users.
